2. Right of withdrawal – Time limit and conditions

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned unopened and unused for hygiene reasons.
Please inform us of your wish to withdraw by email or using the form below.

 

3. Retour des produits

Products must be returned to the following address, after validation by our customer service department:
36 rue Ataassia, 8909433, Industrial Zone, Arad

    • In their original condition, ideally with their original packaging

    • Within 14 days of the date of your return request.
      You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of an error or defective product on our part.
      No refund will be made if these conditions are not met.

4. Refund

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or presentation of proof of shipment.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Complimentary samples remain the property of the customer.

5. Non-refundable products

We do not accept returns of the following products:

    • Products that have been opened or used

    • Products with broken seals or covers

6. Defective product or delivery error

In the event of a defective product or error in the order:

    • Send an email to hello@yeshaya-cosmetics.com with a photo of the product concerned.

    • We will advise you on the procedure to follow.

    • We will cover the return shipping costs.

    • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging if possible.
