These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of cosmetic products offered on the website www.yeshaya-cosmetics.com, operated by Yadid Ariel Ltd, trading under the name Yeshaya Cosmetics. By confirming an order on our website, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions. We invite you to read them carefully.

2. Products

The products offered on the website are cosmetics carefully selected and distributed by Yadid Ariel Ltd. Descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and photographs are not contractual; slight variations may therefore occur.

3. Orders

Orders must be placed exclusively via the official website www.yeshaya-cosmetics.com.
An order is considered firm and final after the customer has confirmed payment online.

4. Price

Prices are quoted in Israeli shekels (NIS), including all taxes, in accordance with current Israeli tax regulations.
– Prices in Israel: applicable at the time of ordering.
– International prices: may include additional charges (customs duties, local taxes), payable by the customer.

5. Payment methods

Payments are secure and made exclusively via the website, using the following methods:
– Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
– PayPal
– Bank transfer
Full payment is required at the time of ordering, before any shipment.

6. Delivery

A. International
– Delivery times:
– Standard: 7 to 14 business days via EcoPost.
– Express: within 5 business days via EMS.
– Delivery costs:
– Free standard delivery for all orders ≥ 150 shekels.
– 67 shekels for orders < 150 shekels (standard).
– 101 shekels extra for express delivery.
The total cost is displayed before final confirmation of the order.

B. In Israel
– Delivery times:
– Standard: 3 to 10 business days.
– Express: within 3 business days.
– Delivery costs:
– Free standard delivery for all orders ≥ 150 shekels.
– 18 shekels for orders < 150 shekels (standard).
– 70 shekels extra for express delivery.
The total cost is displayed before final confirmation of the order.

Delivery methods:
– In Israel: local carrier.
– Internationally: standard carrier (EcoPost) or express carrier (EMS).
Yadid Ariel Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

7. Returns and exchanges

In accordance with Israeli law, the customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt, provided that the product is intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: opened, used, or personalized products.
Returns must be sent to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on the part of Yadid Ariel Ltd.

8. Protection of personal data

The data collected (name, email, telephone number, address, etc.) is used solely for order processing and customer relations.

– Sharing: only with essential logistics or technical service providers.

9. Liability

Any complaints regarding a product must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Yadid Ariel Ltd. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order and available on the website.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Israeli law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, only the competent courts in Israel will be authorized to rule on the matter.

12. Regulatory compliance

Yadid Ariel Ltd guarantees that the products sold on the website www.yeshaya-cosmetics.com comply with the regulations applicable in the countries of sale, in particular the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States and Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 in force in the European Union.
Product labels, descriptions, and claims comply with these regulations and do not refer to therapeutic or medical properties in any way.
Customers are informed that the products are intended for cosmetic use only.
